If you do not see Debug you need to enable it for the site. Go to settings on the far left wrench. Then select System
Advanced
Turn On Debug Tools.
Not go back to Access Points, Select an access point, Settings of the Access Point and click Debug
After it connects
curl http://ipecho.net/plain
It will show the results to the left of the command.
