Introduction
By opting into one or more text messaging programs from TkFast, Inc. (“TkFast”), you agree to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from TkFast and its authorized partners. This includes messages sent using an autodialer to the phone number(s) you provide. You may opt out at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is not required to purchase any TkFast goods or services.

You also agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, TkFast’s Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms for using TkFast’s services.

Program Description
TkFast may use an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") to send text messages regarding upcoming service appointments, TkFast events, promotions, product launches, technical updates, and other TkFast-related information.

Message Frequency
The frequency of text messages will vary based on the programs you join. You will receive no more than one (1) marketing message per month. Non-marketing messages will vary, depending on service appointments or active support tickets.

Cost
Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile phone plan. TkFast does not charge additional fees for sending text messages. Contact your carrier for details about message and data rates.

Supported Carriers
Currently supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, Google Fi, and Cellular One. This list may change.

How to Opt-In
To opt in for TkFast text messages, contact us at 1-316-260-2500 (option 1), choose the relevant option when creating a support ticket on www.tkfast.com, or follow instructions provided by TkFast.

How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages from a specific TkFast program, text "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. You’ll receive confirmation of your opt-out.

Your Mobile Telephone Number
You certify that you are the account holder for the mobile number(s) you provide. Notify TkFast immediately if your number changes. You agree to indemnify TkFast for claims, expenses, or damages arising from your failure to notify TkFast of a phone number change, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Delivery is Not Guaranteed
TkFast does not guarantee message delivery, as mobile network services are outside TkFast’s control. TkFast is not responsible for any delivery issues related to network availability.

For assistance, text "HELP" to the number you’re receiving messages from, contact us at 1-316-260-2500 option1, or use the "Contact Us" form at www.tkfast.com.

Eligibility
To receive TkFast messages, you must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old. TkFast reserves the right to require age verification.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
TkFast may update these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting at www.tkfast.com. Continued participation indicates acceptance of these changes, so please review these terms periodically.

Termination of Text Messaging
TkFast may suspend or terminate your receipt of messages if it believes you are in breach of these terms. Messaging may also end if your mobile service lapses or terminates. TkFast reserves the right to modify or discontinue any messaging program with or without notice.
