Connect with TkFast support.

Use one of these options only while working with a TkFast technician.

Before connecting

Call or email support first.

A TkFast technician will confirm the correct tool and session details before remote access begins. Never run remote access software unless you are already working with a trusted TkFast representative.

TkFast remote support client

Use this when the download is allowed and your technician asks for the TkFast client.

Microsoft Quick Assist

No TkFast download is required. Your technician will provide a security code to enter in Quick Assist.

If the download is blocked

Quick Assist is built into many Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers. If the button does not open it, use the manual steps below.

  1. Press the Windows key or open the Start menu.
  2. Type Quick Assist and open the app.
  3. Choose Get help or enter the code from your TkFast technician.
  4. Allow screen sharing only after confirming you are working with TkFast.
